Temperature recommendation:
Based on the estimated TOG rating of 2.0 to 3.0 (avg of 2.5 TOG) for the sleeping bag made with our of specific cotton fleece fabric, it would be recommended for use in cooler temperatures, such as: indoor room temperatures from 16°C up.
This sleeping bag would provide moderate to high thermal insulation, keeping the baby comfortably warm without overheating in cooler environments. However, it’s essential to monitor the baby’s temperature and adjust clothing or bedding as needed to ensure they remain comfortable throughout the night.
Simply adjust the layers of under-wear or sleep-wear worn underneath the Kimono weighted sleepsack to suit the nursery temperature. You could use it in conjunction with our KO-COON Baby Sleeping Gown or other natural fibers garments. We recommend you also regularly check your little one behind the neck or on the chest and tummy to ensure he is not too warm or too hot.
