KO-COON Pets - Lalapalm Pet Basket

KO-COON Pets Lalapalm basket was woven to last, to bring joy to the eye and to give your furry baby a super comfortable sleep.

The simple oval shape basket has the right height with a continuous, seamless edge to avoid chewing on sharp corners and unraveling of the weave.

Each basket takes approx 3 -4 days from start to finish. The ilala palm leaves take 1-2 day to be prepared and the weaving takes another 1-2 days. 

Designed in our Cape Town studio and woven by Malawi artisans, the closed style weave carries the basketry traditions and happy hearts. 

Each basket is individually fitted in our studio with a soft and comfy cotton covered cushion. It is easy to clean and manage due to the washable cotton cover. The super soft cushion inner is stuffed with hypoallergenic fiberfill made from recycled plastic bottles right here in Cape Town.

Each basket measures inside  75x45x10 cm Please note the measurements may vary slightly (1–3 cm) as these items are handmade.

The cats and dogs are highly attracted by the smell of lalapalm and the comfort of the cushion. The hypoallergenic inner cushion and the soft and neutral & natural cotton cover make for a perfect option to keep your furry baby healthy and away from any skin issues and looking pretty in your home.
